The Ingredients
A 600mg proprietary blend: Green Tea Extract, Bilberry Leaf, Ginkgo Biloba, Bacopa Monnieri, Cinnamon, Lutein & Zeaxanthin, Choline, B6 & B12.
Every ingredient named on the label; individual milligram amounts within the blend are not.
Graded by evidence, not marketing
Each ingredient below is labeled by how well the published research actually supports a respiratory benefit — not by how confidently the sales copy states it.
Green Tea Extract — 50% polyphenols REASONABLY SUPPORTED
The strongest card in the deck. Catechins, EGCG in particular, are well-characterized antioxidants, and some research links green tea intake with respiratory and lung-function measures. It also brings caffeine, which matters if you're sensitive.
Lutein & Zeaxanthin — 5% MIXED EVIDENCE
Legitimate carotenoid antioxidants, best known for eye health. Direct evidence for a respiratory benefit at supplement doses is thin, so count them as general support only.
Ginkgo Biloba MIXED EVIDENCE
A traditional circulatory and cognitive botanical with real antioxidant activity. It's also the ingredient we'd raise with a doctor first: ginkgo can thin the blood and interacts with anticoagulants and several medications.
Bilberry Leaf THIN FOR LUNGS
A blueberry relative rich in anthocyanin antioxidants. Most research covers the berry itself for eye or vascular endpoints, so leaf powder for respiratory support is where the marketing runs ahead of the evidence.
Bacopa Monnieri — 20% bacosides THIN FOR LUNGS
An adaptogen studied mostly for memory and cognition. Its presence reads as general antioxidant and nervous-system support; treating it as a lung ingredient overstates the research.
